AC Duct Cleaning in Meydan

AC duct cleaning in Meydan is often about a new home rather than an old one. Much of Meydan was handed over only recently, and several phases are still being built, so owners who moved in straight after handover often find plaster and cement dust left in the brand-new ducts from the fit-out stage.

New does not mean clean

During construction, ducts are often installed long before the ceilings are closed and the last sanding is done. If openings were not sealed, dust gets in. The first time the AC runs at full power, it blows out as a fine white or grey film. A camera look through a grille is the easiest way to see whether that happened in your home.

Villas and apartments

Villas in Meydan's communities typically use ducted units in the ceiling, with runs to each bedroom. A full AC duct cleaning is the right job here. Apartments are more often on fan coil units, where FCU cleaning covers the unit and the short ducts.

Warranty and timing

If your home is still under the developer's warranty, check before anyone opens the system. Many owners wait until the snagging is done and then book a clean. Nearby: Downtown Dubai and Dubai Hills Estate.

Snagging lists

If you are still working through a snagging list with the developer, add anything AC-related to it first: weak airflow in a room, a noisy unit or a drip. Those are defects, not cleaning jobs, and the developer should fix them before an independent company touches the system.

Keep the handover pack, which often lists the AC model and layout.
