AC Duct Cleaning in Town Square

AC duct cleaning in Town Square is closely tied to the wind. Town Square sits on the far side of Al Qudra Road with open desert beyond it, and residents in its apartment blocks often report that the grilles on the side facing the desert go grey twice as fast as those on the courtyard side.

Apartments and townhouses

Apartment blocks here use either fan coil units on central cooling or individual ducted units, depending on the building. Townhouses have ducted units. FCU cleaning suits the first; AC duct cleaning the second.

Keeping sand out

Seal gaps around balcony doors, keep windows closed during windy spells and change filters more often. These steps do not replace cleaning but make each clean last longer.

Newer homes, early dust

Town Square homes are relatively new, and many owners and tenants moved in while neighbouring blocks were still being finished. Dust from that period may still sit in the ducts. If the grilles went grey quickly from the start, a camera check is worth doing even in a young building.

Balconies and windows

Upper-floor apartments facing the desert often have balconies that collect sand after windy days. Sweep them before opening the balcony door, otherwise the sand goes straight into the living room and on towards the return grille.

Townhouse clusters

Townhouses in Town Square usually have one ducted unit per floor. The work takes half a day to a full day, depending on the number of grilles.
